These terms apply to every flight request and Umrah booking made with Avera Travel & Tours ("AveraTravel") through this website, by phone or at our offices.
Quotes and fares
Fares are quoted by our ticketing team and are only guaranteed until the expiry time shown on the quote. Airlines may change fares and availability until a ticket is issued.
Payment
Tickets are issued once full payment has been received. Umrah seats are held for a limited time and confirmed when the deposit is received; the balance must be paid before departure.
Traveller details
You are responsible for providing names exactly as written in each passport, and for holding valid passports, visas and health documents for your journey.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and refunds follow the fare rules of the airline and the conditions of the hotels and service providers. Administrative fees may apply. Unpaid Umrah holds are released automatically when they expire.
Umrah group trips
Itineraries may be adjusted for operational or regulatory reasons, including decisions of the Saudi authorities. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Liability
AveraTravel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions, delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
